They are looking for a leading client relationship expert to deliver and maintain their innovative solutions. You will be focused on growing their solutions within the healthcare market as well as managing a portfolio of existing client accounts.
To succeed in this role you will quickly learn about the technical solutions that the business offers and understand their go to market opportunities. A key requirement of the role and one that will help achieve desired outcomes is an understanding of the healthcare sector and the benefits the technology brings to the improvement of patient outcomes whilst meeting challenging targets and forecasting future needs. Of course previous experience in this field would be a distinct advantage but the ability to learn quickly and have a flare for technology solutions would be an advantage.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for protecting and growing the existing accounts commercially and build strong consultative, advisory relationships with senior managers and decision makers. You will be expected to have an onsite presence to support your understanding of the environment and recognise opportunities for growth.
The role consists of both account management as well as new business sales, this means you will be responsible for growing the territory and responding to written tenders and new opportunities.

- Previous experience working within the healthcare care sector preferred or account/sales management in a B2B technology solution environment.
- Proven track record of sales and account management target achievement
- Confident with technology, with previous knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms preferred – specifically within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in building, maintaining and growing client relationships with senior decision makers
- Strong communication & inter-personal skills
- Exceptional written, presentation and numerical ability
- Strong influencing, negotiation skills
- An ability to think fast and learn quickly
